About Us

At WNC Community Engagement is our highest priority. Through meaningful connection, intentional service, and spirit led collaboration we witness the outpouring of the Gospel-Rich Lifestyle one faithful step at a time.
Director Of Community Impact
Chloe Carpenter is the Director of The GRL Project in Charleston, South Carolina—a city she sees as sacred ground for living out the Gospel Rich Lifestyle (GRL). With warmth, wisdom, and a disarming authenticity, Chloe leads a growing movement of women who are rethinking love, faith, and community through the lens of Jesus’ compassion.
At the heart of her work is The Yellow Cross—not as a badge or title, but as a symbol of surrender to the Author of Love. Chloe helps others embody this surrender through intentional rhythms of light and love, expressed in real life. In a world of skepticism and performance, Chloe is part of a quiet rebellion—those who trust love again, because Christ redefined what it is.
Chloe Carpenter leads by embodiment, not influence. She lives the Gospel Rich Life so that others might recognize the author behind the love they’ve been searching for. The GRL Project exists with an obvious charge: where women are whole, entire communities benefit.
We believe that when women live spiritually well—anchored in identity, surrendered in love, and rich in Gospel truth—families find stability, children flourish, and generational healing begins. Communities soften, and hope multiplies.
